Ambach confirms annual factory closure dates for summer break

Ambach has notified partners that its factory will shut down for almost three weeks in August for the traditional summer break.

Many catering equipment suppliers in mainland Europe temporarily halt production during the month so that factory workers can take their vacations.

Ambach’s factory is based in Caldaro, in the very north of Italy, close to the Austrian border. It will be closed from 7 August through to 25 August.

The company’s sales and spare parts offices, meanwhile, will close for one week from 14 to 18 August.

The cooking suite manufacturer said that the last shipment date for customers before the break will be 31 July for finished goods, and 11 August for spare parts.

Ambach is part of the Ali Group and specialises in modular and bespoke cooking systems.
